Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using GROW™, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. GROW™ is operated by SkillVantage Enterprise, LLC.
The platform
GROW™ is a talent social network and resume intelligence engine. Candidates use TalentHub to build a profile, connect with peers, and run IntelliSkill™ to see an explainable fit score against a role. Employers use EmployerHub to evaluate candidates and search the discoverable NSR and SkillVantage-Ready (SR) talent pool. Every resume submitted to GROW™ is automatically tagged NSR (Non-SkillVantage Ready) until it clears a SkillVantage coaching, interview, or referral-review process and is upgraded to SR.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to use GROW™.
Candidate visibility and employer access
Creating a profile does not by itself place your information in the Employer Resume Engine. When you upload a resume to your signed-in GROW™ account, you authorize GROW™ to place that resume and its NSR or SR designation in the Employer Resume Engine for access by verified employers and recruiters with paid plans. Your personalIntelliSkill™ results are not shared with employers. Employers may run their own IntelliSkill™ comparisons between accessible resumes and their job descriptions. Those comparisons create separate employer-side results. SkillVantage receives payment for providing candidate-search access, which may be treated as a sale or commercial disclosure of personal data under applicable law.
You retain ownership of your information and may withdraw your resume from future employer searches. Removing information from future search results may not remove a copy previously exported by an authorized employer, but that employer remains subject to its contractual and legal responsibilities.
Employer plans and billing
IntelliSkill™ is free for candidates. Employer access to the discoverable NSR and SR talent pool, candidate evaluation tools, and job posting is part of a paid GROW™ Employer plan, billed through our payment processor. Pricing and plan details are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with notice. A full billing address is required only in the payment process. Professional profiles require only city and state and do not display billing addresses.
My Dreams visibility
My Dreams is private by default and is not included in the Employer Resume Engine. You control whether My Dreams appears on your public professional profile. If you enable public visibility, you understand that any profile visitor, including a current or prospective employer, may view the dream information you publish. You may disable public visibility at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit a resume, profile, or job posting that is false, impersonates someone else, or that you do not have the right to post.
- Do not use GROW™ to scrape, harvest, or resell candidate or employer data outside the platform.
- Employer users may access candidate information only for legitimate recruiting and employment-related purposes and must comply with applicable privacy, employment, anti-discrimination, and consumer-reporting laws.
- Do not attempt to bypass SR/NSR validation or otherwise misrepresent SkillVantage-Ready status.
Intellectual property
GROW™, IntelliSkill™, Cenna™, and related marks are trademarks of SkillVantage Enterprise, LLC. You retain ownership of the resume, profile, and content you submit, and grant GROW™ a limited license to use it to operate the matching, profile, networking, and employer-discovery features you select.
Disclaimers
IntelliSkill™match scores are explainable estimates, not a guarantee of employment or hiring outcomes. NSR and SR designations are platform readiness classifications and are not guarantees of candidate suitability. Employers must not use an automated score or designation as the sole basis for an employment decision. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that apply under the Fair Credit Reporting Act or other employment and consumer protection laws. GROW™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms or misusing the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms as GROW™ evolves. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
